A Full payment is required at the time of order for all pre-order items. Estimated shipping date can be found by contacting us at [email protected]

You may cancel within 7 days for a full refund; after that, pre-orders are non-refundable unless delayed beyond 30 days. 

Orders ship in the sequence received, and you will receive tracking information once dispatched. Address changes can be made by a specific time, please email us for the change. 

In the rare case we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be provided. Our standard return and exchange policy applies once item is delivered.
