How do I return my shoes?

Each shoe is uniquely handcrafted with materials that are sourced from across Europe. Please refer to the product description to learn about the materials used to build the shoe. Please note, we do not use vegan (synthetic leather) or geniun leather (the lowest grade leather).

What type of leathers do you use?

Great questions! Here's all you need to know:
All orders are processed for shipment the same day if received before 2 PM EST. If an order is received after 2 PM EST the order is processed the following business day. Note: our fulfillment facilities are closed during all major US holidays.
All domestic orders (US only) can take 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the time of the year.
All international orders could take up to 2 to 4 weeks on standard shipping (varies by location).
All domestic express shipping order takes two business days.
All international express shipping order takes 2 to 4 business days.
