USA

East coast orders may take two to four business days to arrive with ground shipping.

West coast orders may take four to six business days to arrive with ground shipping.

Please note that all ground shipping times provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, or weather conditions. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we appreciate your patience if your order takes longer than expected. Standard & express shipping options are available for an additional cost at checkout. Please allow 1-2 days for our team to fufill the order before the express shipping timeframe. 

Delays for Black Friday and the Holidays may occur due to heavy volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

Canada

East coast orders may take two to five business days to arrive.

West coast orders may take five to seven business days to arrive.

Note: Import duties & taxes may apply upon delivery. Charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Sometimes orders can take longer than usual, depending on the backlog at Canadian customs.

Rest of the World

Customs import duties & taxes may be charged upon delivery. Charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We suggest contacting your local customs office before placing the order on what charges you would incur. If the shipment is rejected by the customer, the return charges from the shipping company will be deducted from the total order before the refund is issued.
